Hill vet named to new Net group post

eBay, Google among businesses helping launch a new association representing Internet companies Beckerman Four of the biggest names on the Net are charter members of a new group formed after a season of controversial technology bills, and the organization has tapped a prominent congressional staffer as its first leader.
